Bedfellows Roasting
I met the team at Bedfellows at their coffee shop in Encinitas. We had some really nerdy discussions about roasting techniques, water ratios, and brewing methods. It was such a good time, we decided to work together! I created a short video ad they could run on Facebook, took some photos, and wrote them a little copy for the launch of their single-origin line.
Brew At Home
The team at bedfellows asked if I could make a short video of how I use my pour-over to brew my coffee. Not only does this method produce a great cup of coffee, but it gives you complete control over the brewing experience. This method is pretty daunting to new coffee drinkers, so I wanted to show how easy it actually is in this short clip.
